My girlfriend was charged with assault after her ex attacked her at her house?

My girlfriend was at her house last night with her son when her ex husband showed up to pick up here son for the night. He told her that he has told her son that it is ok that he starts calling his new girlfriend mom. She reposnded back that she does not approve of it because she is her mom and no one else is. He got angry and rose his voice and said "You know I should set your straight sometimes for the things that you do!". His new girlfriend was standing right there and started to yell at my girlfriend. She asked them to leave because she didnt want any issues. They continued to yell and try and push their way into the house. She attempted to close the door but they pushed in and broke the screen door and pushed my girlfriend, she then pushed back. They ended up calling the police and told them that my girlfriend had attacked them by punching and ripping his shirt. He works in tree trimming and rippes his shirts everyday doing that. The cops believed what they said because she had no one that witnessed it. They had someone else drive over and take their son before the police showed up and they had him tell the police their story about her attacking them. She was charged with a class B misdemeanor for assault. She has no previous record of anything. He has a past of violence but sadly not recorded. What can she do? This is in the state of Utah by the way.

today i was caring to plates of food and i was walking pretty fast and slammed the toe before my pinky on the table and i iced it for 2 hours and after the coldness went away from my toe the pain started back up and it really hurts when i walk. What do you think I had? (weird symptoms)?

I don't normally get sick, but yesterday, I don't even understand what happened to me. I started the day normal, kind of sore everywhere, but I still think that that was from ice skating the previous day. Around 1, I started having a minor headache. I assumed it was dehydration, and drank about 2 glasses over the course of the next couple of hours. I went to the store with my mom, as the headache subsided a bit. I felt pretty much great for most of the trip, but at the end, my stomach started to hurt, up high. The pain literally travelled from the high point to my lower abdomen over the course of the next 30 minutes. I was not worried, I assumed I needed to use the restroom, so when I got home, I did so, and then laid down, not feeling any better. This is when the worst of it set in. I began to feel extremely cold and was literally *shaking*. I put on long pants, and a jacket, and got under 3 layers of covers, and I still was absolutely freezing, and it was 90 degrees outside. I started feeling mildly nauseous and almost vomited, but then drank a sip of water from my sink and I was a bit better. About 10 minutes later, the pain, nausea, and headache had mostly subsided, but I was still left with jaw weakness from the nonstop teeth chattering, and looking like I was having a seizure as I continued to shake and shiver. I stayed in bed for another hour, and then eventually I had to leave my room for dinner, and I was feeling well enough to eat, though I still didn't have a full appetite, and fortunately my coldness was subsiding by that point. Another hour later, I felt nearly normal, although a very minor headache came back. I went to sleep a bit earlier than usual, just in case, but I feel perfectly fine this morning. Do you have any idea what this could have been? Do you think that, based on the shaking, I definitely had a fairly high fever? (by fairly high, I mean 102, not 105)?

Why are there no live satellite views of earth from space available to the public online?

Don't say that it is for national security purposes because you can look at still satellite views online that are no more than a few months or weeks old. Meteorologists seem to have access to live satellite viewing. Why not the general public. If the image is loaded to a server that delays the images by a pre-programmed amount of time then any "sensitive" images can be blurred or deleted by whatever "watchdog" group is chosen to watch us watching. Maybe a department in the NSA. I think the people of earth should have the opportunity to view live (or nearly live) video/images of our planet. Accidentally scratched other vehicle's front while backing. What are the next steps?

I felt very stupid when I accidentally hit the other vehicle from the front side while backing up in the parking lot. My vehicle got most of the scratching but the other vehicle's front corner got some scratches too. I was too busy looking at my own car scratches that I didn't notice the other car got scratches too. The reason is that the other car was gray and scratches were hardly visible from a distance. I was unsure about the situation so didn't leave a note. But then I found a note on my car saying that the neighbor witnessed the accident and called the police. The owner of the car settled the issue and didn't make a case, which was very nice. Why is she so cold and distant all of a sudden?

Okay, so I have this interesting "relationship" with a girl. She and I met online a year and a half ago (We're both from the US, but right now I'm studying abroad for a couple more years, but we plan on meeting). When I met her, I initially had romantic interest in her; I didn't act on it at first, until several months later, she told me that she had a crush on me. This prompted me to pursue her. I feed pigeons and was told to stop. Right now pigeons are waiting for food?

Hi, i have been feeding a flock of about 20-30 pigeons at this one area but neighbours are upset. The pigeons always wait for me, there is one with only one feet and another one who has a string tied to its ''finger'' so both of them usually perch on one feet and rest but does not forage i guess. They would wait for me for like 1-2hrs and now i am told to stop. Will they still wait for me everyday? Will the sick pigeons have access to food? I am worried.

frontline is the best product i've used and i get it from my vet's office. use that instead, and also you can try bathing your cat if he or she will let you. they have plenty of shampoos for cats. if you don't want to buy the shampoo you could always get some sage, lavender, and mint leaves (all of which are natural flea repellents) and make a tea out of them and use that to bath your cat with. obviously let it cool first before bathing your cat. it works, i use it on my cats in the summer in between frontline applications. good luck!

Going to a claims court when u only had a witness, no written agreement?

i gave my friend $2000 to look for a car for me. now, we fell off and he keeps making promises on giving me my money back. we dont have a written agreement but i have another friend who i actually gave the money to give to him. he said that i owe him some money for breaking te headlight of his car, and that he will take part of that money for that. the cost of replacing the headlight is approximately $500. so, if i go to the claims court, am i likely to get my money back if i only have a witness? besides that i have a couple of text messages. if he doesnt appear to court, what happens to him? what happens to me?

Why do some people like to try to make a quiet and calm person angry?

I notice this a lot actually. That if you are the sort of person who is quiet and keeps to yourself more people flock to you but only to try to rile you up. It could be that deep down I'm just short tempered and they mean no harm but I notice this a lot. What is so exciting about making a person who is usually quiet and serene lash out? The thing is I really don't want to lash out because I know I will get physical and hurt someone. I know I will so I try so hard to keep my cool and act like I don't care. Chickens & Ducks: Is it possible?

OK. I want to breed different breeds of chickens and ducks,I don't want to pen them all seperately, and I was just wondering if this is possible. If I rear a roo with two other hens from when they were little, will they, if I let them into a yard with other roos and hens, breed with only their "flock" (the three of them). Same with ducks. Why am I always cold, even when I layer up?

I think there's something wrong with my body temperature. I'm always physically cold. My coworkers will walk into the office and say it's boiling l but I'm freezing cold. I feel like I always need a sweater, even at the slightest breeze. I'm wearing a light jacket and a fleece sweater over it now but still feel chills. I don't feel I'll or anything. Is it "justifiable" to shoot someone if I feel I'm in danger?

Yes, but it's a little "shakie". But people feel like they're in danger for alot of reasons; strangers, prostate exams, etc. If you're walking and someone says "hi", you wouldn't shoot them because you couldn't trust them! On the other hand, it'd be a different story if they came up to you and started beating you up, and you were at the point of being killed. Then you'd use the gun! That's self-diffence. Since these bikers didn't do anything to you, I don't see why you'd need to shoot them, and end there lives.

Best friend lied and stole off me. What to do?

Extremely long story. I was at a party and I smoked weed and started hallucinating and losing it and wrecking the party. One of my good mates (guy who made the party) brought me up the stairs took me into a bedroom (looked after me for a while). There my best friend (of 5 yrs) apparently "stayed" in the room looking after me. Next morning, my $50 note was gone. I asked my best friend if he used it to buy Maccas for everyone, cause I remember people were eating Maccas. He said NO and started accusing my mate (the party starter) for taking the money and witnessed him having a $50 in his wallet and buying ciggies with it. I asked him if he drove my car to drop people off (he is on his L's and was drinking), he said NO. Found out my fuel was half gone and crums around the car. Next day one of my other mates admitted to using my car to drop people off and apologized sincerley. However my best friend still denied driving my car. Couple days later, we were chilling in my friends car (guy who made the party) and I asked him if he knew who stole my money. He said he knew and that it was a friend that stole my money and that he would never tell me because it will make things worse. My best friend who happened to be in the car, started to buckle and choke and started accusing my mate why he was getting the blame and that he was a dog c*nt for accusing him etc (in short it looked like he knew he did it and couldn't handle the pressure so he lashed out). I also found out from my mate (and several others) that my best friend took my car out for 3 Maccas runs, had a joy ride (with alcohol in his system) and LET a drunk 14 yr old with no license drive it (I was also told that the 14 yr old nearly crashed my car 4 times). My mate (party starter) also said things which were true - my best friend didnt bring money to the party, he witnessed my bestie holding a lot of cash (change from the $50 possibly?) and that he pretty much shouted everyone Maccas (my best friend is on the dole, lives on housing commission and suffers financially, he never shouts anything). I confronted my best friend after this argument calmly and with no swearing or voice raising, he responded by swearing and telling me off and how he looked after me all night and would never do such thing and that the money used for Maccas was from people chipping in. I also asked other party goers that night and one said that my best friend would do no such thing and that he chipped in small change for Maccas. However I talked with my mate (the party starter) and he was 100% certain he took the money and that 'looking after you all night' doesn't mean sh*t. What do I do in this situation? Obviously our trio is broken up. I do not like to take sides either. My best friend (or ex bestie) is very hostile and refuses to talk. Please help me resolve this.

My friend is having a boy/girl party and i don't know what to do?!?!?

ok so i have two best friends from elementary and one of them is having a boy/girl party. shes inviting whole bunch of girls i don't know!! i've kinda met them before and some of them are annoying and strange plus, they don't talk to me whenever im around my friend they act like im not there! Yes indeed.. My parents raised us kids with good manners and I continued this wonderful important skill with my daughter. Take "Thank You" for example. I had 4 stepkids and my daghter for 10 years. They didn't have manners. I cooked the dinner, served up the plates, actually took them to each child and held their plate until they said "thank you." I wasn't letting go of that plate till I heard (with eye contact) "thank you." It worked. I had done all the work and at the very least they could say "thank you." I was so proud when we visited others and they were so polite and used good manners. Manners need to be taught until the manners become a habit. After a certain age you can blame the older kids, but really, we only know what we know. I also insisted on "yes mam" and "no sir." It also became a habit. It is our job as parents to teach manners. They seem to be going by the wayside. Sad. Truly sad. And yes, I do still have good manners. As I said, good manners become a part of you, a habit. Yeah, with your Libra moon I'll bet you can't stand it when somebody eats with their mouth open. That grosses me out too though I have no Libra planets. The two manners I believe are most important are thank you and yes mam and no sir. Oh, another great thing to raise your children with is Proper English. Why can't I breathe in cold water?

Whenever I enter water colder than the temperature around me, I can't breathe at all. I know my body is used to the coldness of the water because I do the Polar Plunge every year & step into the shower before it heats up a lot of the time. I know I can't breathe no matter how hard I try & my heart rate increases. My friend that maybe my history of smoking could have caused an issue but I'm not entirely sure.

Is my cut healing properly?

about three weeks ago i stepped on a broken beer bottle & cut myself on the bottom of my foot. I made the mistake of going to the hospital till the next day but after all I ended up getting 9 PAINFUL stitches on the bottom of my foot. After 2 weeks with them on I went to get them removed & they told me to stay off it for a couple more weeks. My question is if its normal for my whole foot to turn purple while i have it down? if i am laying down there seems to be no problem but as soon as im on my feet using my crutches or sitting my foot starts turning a bit darker, theres no pain, heat, or coldness should i be concerned?

What just happened and What do I do?

Okay, so here's the story. I'm a pessimist. My only friends are girls because they aren't babbling idiots like the guys in the school. Most of the guys hate me because the girls are flocking around me. I don't know why. On the last day of school the only girl who can actually make me laugh came up and kissed be to go into a crowd of girls who squealed while the guys came over and clasped my shoulder, patted me on the back and there were comments of "get some" and "good job" Later when the year book arrived we were the voted class couple, where the class votes who would make a good couple. Now I'm confused, what do I do? Frankly that day everyone came up to me and also her, the whole time I was pissed. Frankly I hate attention and keep to myself. My question is, what just happened? Does she like me or was it pure pressure or wanting attention. What do I do now? I mean seriously, your best friend kisses you out of nowhere, what the hell do I do? We graduated so we got our yearbooks after school ended for the grads. We are going to the same high school with a lot of the girls who are closer friends than others. Is something wrong with my chicken?

My chicken Butters (hehe). She is a lot slower then a lot of the other chickens. She doesn't have good balance and either she is a runt or is the youngest one of them. She has an arched back and a long neck. She can roost fine but she gets scared of jumping off high roost or high areas. She can fly really good. When I say shes slow when everyone is inside the house and there might be 2 other chickens outside but in another spot she just sits there and does nothing unless I go up to her she comes back to earth. Everyone loves her and she is a really nice chicken she doesn't bother the baby chickens at all. She is pretty to. I'm just really worried that if she goes in the woods on her own instead of staying with the flock she might get eaten or hurt if she goes to far. She's my favorite out of the teens and I've already lost the first 4 chickens who were the adults and now I only have the 2 left out of the adult chickens.

i just bought a new secruty camera for 50 dollars today and i have a few questions about them. i'm wanting to install it outdoors. on my porch showing my front door,yet i will have it on the porch hanging from the ceiling. it's weatherproof,yet it won't be out in the weather it will be inside on my porch shielded by the porch roof. but the porch is known to leak sometimes when it rains. and my conern is that when it rains,moisture will build up on the inside of the lens,thus causing the camera to become unusable to water inside,fogging/moisture inside the lens. and it says that it will work down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit. it sometmies gets down that low. and sometimes it's known to go down to 10 maybe. my main consern is moisture getting in from the sometimes leaky roof and the coldness/wetness getting inside the camera lens,thus making it useless. it is weatherproof/but am i just worrying to much about the problem??

Why are there no live satellite views of earth from space available to the public online?

Don't say that it is for national security purposes because you can look at still satellite views online that are no more than a few months or weeks old. Meteorologists seem to have access to live satellite viewing. Why not the general public. If the image is loaded to a server that delays the images by a pre-programmed amount of time then any "sensitive" images can be blurred or deleted by whatever "watchdog" group is chosen to watch us watching. Maybe a department in the NSA. I think the people of earth should have the opportunity to view live (or nearly live) video/images of our planet. Then we could watch huge herds of wildebeests roam across grassland... gigantic flocks of birds take flight... or the flow of clouds across the pacific. Shouldn't everyone be able to have such views since it is possible and can be available. But all of that seems to be held in the hands of a small few.

I hate my mother, you HAVE to read this, it is all real!?

I hate my mother so much, you seriously have to read this and think if it is normal. No question surrounds that my mother and i have never seen eye to eye. I am a straight a student, achived 3a*s and 8a's at GCSE and 4 A's at A level. My mother's response to me doing well after my sociology a level and getting an a was not well done son but rather i got an a in sociology in the most spiteful and harsh tone ever. Before my a level exam actually it was my mother's day off and she had already said she would not be taking me to school as she wanted a lie in. That was fine, i got the bus to and fro school for every exam and so it didnt bother me, however the way she acted this day really pissed me off. My exam was actually at 2 and she couldnt be bothered to even get out of bed at even 1 o'clock to drive me to school but the reason she would not get out of bed is because i could vividly and clear as day hear her having sex with her boyfriend. I had an important a level exam and my mother refused to take me at 1 o'clcok in the afternoon because she was too busy having sex, surely that's not right!?!. I confronted her about this and her response to this was not i'm sorry but rather, and i quote as i can remember, "it's my house, not your's, i will do what i fuc**ing want". I was ten minutes late for my exam because i had to get the bus but i couldnt even be bothered with the hassle of telling her. 3 days later, i woke up for school and she had left for work, i went in to the bathroom and she had left a used condom in the toilet present for everyone to see, including my 14 year old brother, absolutely disgusting. Her response to this was again, "its my ******ing house, i will do what the fu*k i want". My brother needed the bathroom so i had to fish a used condom out of the toilet. Obviously i confronted her about this and she literally went off on the biggest rant i have ever witnessed, swearing left right and centre, when i was talking to her in a manner, raised as it was due to what she had did, never swearing at her. She has also came down the stair's on christmas day with her dressing gown wide open as she was drunk from the night before. She has done this several times and one time she answered the door to my friend, who was then 15 with here dressing gown, as usual wide open, with everything on show and when i tell her to put some clothes on she constantly for some uknown reason tells me to fu**k off and stop trying to be her dad. This is not the behaviour of a woman functioning normally surely. My brother has also witnessed her having sex with her bedroom door wide open at 9 o'clock in the evening and my brother said her boyfriend (her 2nd boyfriend out of 6 in a space of 6 years actually looked at him and just carried on. My brother was in tears and came into my room. My mother accused him of lying saying he was making it up even though she could be heard clearly even downstairs and he would not lie or make up a story about such a thing. The amount of times my mother has said that she wished i never lived in the house and that she didnt have to know me can not be counted. She talks to me like i am subhuman and near enough every day, every couple of hours tells me to fu**k off and launches into a torrent of abuse for god knows reasons. The very moment i am writing this for instance, just two hours earlier, beacuse i have no money as i am saving up for univeristy and am in the limbo between exam results and university and so can not realisticly find a job that will be happy to employ me and get rid of me in 2 months, i couldnt go out today as i have no money. She launched with abuse about how i have no friends and go fu**k off and live somewhere else. This is commonplace, she constantly swears it me and i cannot honestly remeber the last time she has talked to me without swearing at me, i dont swear at her, you have to believe me, i really dont. This is not normal, i didnt even say anything to her to induce anything! She constantly lowers my self esteem as well and always makes me feel self conscious about my weight and appeareance. On one occasion she said to me do you think your good looking and i replied i'm average i suppose to which, my mother laughed and said something under her breath. This post contains just a small number of incidents with my, and i hate to say it, my mother. I can not begin to express the hundereds of other times she has done stuff like this. On a final note, i will talk about how the last time she has took me and my brother on holiday was when i was 10 years old. I understand she doenst have alot of money but the thing is she has been on holiday every year since with one of her many boyfriends. Do you guys think what i have said in this post is how a normal mother behaves. You have to believe me, i really not am lying, i am not that type of person. Everything i have said here is real. When I'm in the kitchen of my house there are often birds chirping outside, sometimes very peaceful, other times there is a constant LOUD chirping when I'm doing things I probably shouldn't be doing. I'm very overweight & if I go to eat something they usually chirp loudly.. I was tripping thinking it was a sign so I went back to the other side and heard the sea gulls.. wow I must really look crazy right now. Uhm but yeah so once I threw out the food the sea gulls stopped being so loud & the peaceful bird wasnt chirping constantly any more. idk its weird but thats what I think? Or maybe is it the devil? Because the sea gulls were SCARY sounding.. would God try to scare me? My sons father is taking me to court for SOLE CUSTODY!!?

I am 22 years old (full time mother) to a 2 and half year old beautiful boy. I am on welfare and have a nice apartment (not housing) and I also get support from my mother she has been buying me groceries for 2 and half years since my sons father refuses to pay child support. My sons father is 23 years old and has A lot of money, he has a lawyer and I don't and HE FILED COURT ON ME! We both have shared custody since we are both on the birth certificate. I am a stay at home mom, I have been taking care of my child and so has he but he started paying me $198 a month for about 5 months because my social worker demanded it. in October my sons father put my son in daycare Without My Consent!!! and stopped paying me child support all of a sudden!! I went to my social worker and they gave me a paper to show me how much he owes me in child support including the times hes missed and including INTEREST! My sons father makes me have him on the weekends now but I personally think he is doing this because his girlfirend (That he has cheated on me with when I was 7 and half months pregnant) Keeps telling him to take me to court and get SOLE custody and the court papers say he wants me to have supervised visits as if I'm some crack head or something (I DO NOT DO DRUGS) I am a good mother and take care of my son better then my sons father (his sisters and his girlfirned take care of my son and pick him up from day care since my sons father works 9-5 Job) when my son is with me he gets my FULL attention I am a young single beautiful mother and live on my own and make sure there is breakfast lunch and dinner on the table for my son at all times, I bath him at all times he is with me and take him with me everywhere i go when he is with me. I have court on Thursday at 11AM (June 30th) he lied and said i have no food in my fridge, and says my house is always dirty (I had the police investigate my house and said they have never seen a place so clean and nice since i keep my place well kept and they seen i had food in the fridge!) He says my hallway stinks of marijuana (witch is true) but only because my neighbors are pot heads and they are getting evicted they are moving next month my landlord found out they are selling drugs in the building so she evicted them! CLEARY my sons father is doing everything he can to lie on me just to win, wont it show he is trying to take my child from me because he clearly does not want to pay child support and he says he is takin me to court because I have no MONEY!!! Obviously not I only get enough to pay my rent and my mother provides the groceries since he refusees to pay child support but instead Pays the daycare teacher 800 DOLLARS a month! to do my job !! The only thing I am bringing with me is my witness's and my mother (my second sons father should I say) and the paper stating how much CHILD SUPPORT he owes me. My sons father filed for court BEHIND MY BACK but he gave me the court papers LATE (he filed for court MAY 12 2011, AND GAVE ME THE COURT PAPERS ON MAY 31st!) and kept saying he is not going to take me to court if we have a decent custody agreement HENCE why I do not have a LAWYER!!! Why do people like rude and loud people just because they are outgoing and fun?

I find it so weird that people automatically like somebody just because they are outgoing and confident, even if they are rude and insulting. The super nice way to describe them would be blunt, but there are so many rude people who don't care that they are being mean or hurt others, yet people still flock to them to be best friends. I'm not talking about people in highschool, but the people that are in college and continue through their life the same way. On the other hand, quiet and timid people are just totally ignored or seen as second priority. I know really quiet people and they always say that people think they're snotty because they don't say anything. I'm in between the two "extremes" I guess so I've seen things that happened on both sides. And just to clarify i'm not generalizing every outgoing person to be rude or every quiet person to have no self esteemed, i'm just talking about people that I am around.

I've witnessed this before. You have a guy who has grown up with things that some blue collar workers never have had the opportunity to have. How do people's birds stay social with people in bird rooms?

I'm thinking of moving my bird into a bird room so we can further expand the flock and have them together in the same room. During summer, I can play with them every day, but my parents are divorced so my birds will have to stay at one house. I can't take them back and forth. My dad can't spend time with them every day, but I could probably go over nearly every day right after school, from 4 until 5. If I miss a day, I think that will be okay because every weekend the birds would be out of their cages for nearly 8 hours on both days. I could leave the bird room door open so they hear my dad come and go, and his girlfriend loves birds so she'd take them out and give them treats and everything. Would this be okay for them? If not, I could put all cages on stands and have places for them in the living room and if my dad needs to he can roll them into the bird room. Having a bird room would also be great because I'm building a large playgym for multiple birds and it would be a hassel to move it from that room to the living room every single time I wanted to use it.

Don't say that it is for national security purposes because you can look at still satellite views online that are no more than a few months or weeks old. Meteorologists seem to have access to live satellite viewing. Why not the general public. But if she wanted to protect him, why change the story in the first place? Unless she couldn't stand the thought of people thinking she was the one at fault, which is consistent with her personality. Also, there was the matter of money. She lives for dinner parties at her home, which she loves to show off, she has more photos of her home than of her kids. Very materialistic, it's extremely likely that they had financial problems, due the amount going out & their business is the type to drop off in this economy. The insurance policy from his death would have assured they/she wouldn't have to sell anything, the condo, the house, the cars, the boat etc, something she couldn't abide due to her pride. She told me she never broke down once since his death (pride?) and has lost a lot of weight since his death, has been doing Coke, and has been partying incessantly since his death. i just bought a new secruty camera for 50 dollars today and i have a few questions about them. i'm wanting to install it outdoors. on my porch showing my front door,yet i will have it on the porch hanging from the ceiling. it's weatherproof,yet it won't be out in the weather it will be inside on my porch shielded by the porch roof. but the porch is known to leak sometimes when it rains. and my conern is that when it rains,moisture will build up on the inside of the lens,thus causing the camera to become unusable to water inside,fogging/moisture inside the lens. and it says that it will work down to 14 degrees Fahrenheit. it sometmies gets down that low. and sometimes it's known to go down to 10 maybe. my main consern is moisture getting in from the sometimes leaky roof and the coldness/wetness getting inside the camera lens,thus making it useless. it is weatherproof/but am i just worrying to much about the problem??

I don't believe in Biblical literalism, but I would be hesitant to label creation stories as "a piece of crap". There are very important reasons that humans make use of mythology. In my opinion, reading myth as literal fact strips it of it deeper meaning and value. I was raised in Catholic schools, and we didn't have any other "motive" for learning the theory of evolution other than that it was more scientifically plausible than Young-Earth Creationism.

Is there a reason why I cant sleep without a quilt covering my head?

Well this was a habit when I was very young. It started when I was 3, I just had a feeling that something was coming at me every time, and if I try to sleep without the quilt over my head, I just feel the coldness and I just pull the quilt up back straight away. I don't know how this started but I also have to cover my ears because i think that a fly would go into my ear and eat my eardrum as someone told me quite a while ago, and ever since that person told me, I never trusted flies at night time. Purple lips and left body numbness 26 yr old female?

I am very scared because in the last year I have been experiencing my lips to be constantly purple even when I am warm. I also have pulsating, coldness and numbness in primarily the left side of my body. I have seen my MD about this but she is always in a hurry and always brushes it off as something completely bazaar. I get constant numbness in my left foot and my shoulder has a spot on it that is permanently numb. I am a 26 year old female by the way. I recognize that all this is a serious matter and know it's probably Cardio related. Should I go directly to a Cardiologist? I have seen Cardiologist in the past but they always make me feel stupid being I am young and my ecco or EKG have always come back normal other than mitral valve prolapse. Chicken Help!! Any suggestions?

I have a chicken, probably around 2-3 yrs old, we got her and some of her buddies on the 4th of April. About a month ago, we introduced some new young birds, gradually, and now everyone is co-existing well. On Friday, I noticed my big girl Biggie, had her comb was discolored and laying on her head (usually is erect and a bright red), she seemed very slow, delayed reactions and very careful about where she stepped. She's way out of it. She is not eating, depressed like, stays to herself, not interested in her free time (not even when everyone sounds the worm alarm and they go nuts) she'll just stand or lay there, not interested. There has been a few times where I see her yawning (like she's trying to dislodge some thing, but she's not gaging or choking) and she occasionally has a goober of drool from her beak. Her breathing is rapid, and she has some runny stool, but its not clumped on her bottom and she is not herself at all. The young birds were de wormed 2x prior before introduction, and the big girls were de wormed 2x before the introduction and as an entire flock they were de wormed after introduction. My husband cleans the entire coop ever 2-3 days, they are fed crumble, oyster shells every day, and corn 1 to 2 x a week thrown out in their paddock where they have free time. They get free time in a controlled setting, and are allowed to forage for bugs and on grass. I don't think she is laying, she's hardly walking or eating. We separated her to prevent the other girls from picking on her. Any suggestions. I was leaning towards coccidosis, however, labored breathing doesn't fit into the symptoms, and sour croup, but she doesn't have a smell? Any suggestions. I've tried all the vets around here, and none of them see chickens and yest we are in a rural area! ={ They suggest butchering her to prevent contamination of the rest of the flock.... ok if I need to , but I will not do that yet, because I don't know what it is and no other birds are displaying any of her symptoms. Is this grounds to break up?

I've been dating this guy for about 3 months. Sometimes he makes a lot of sarcastic remarks directed towards me. My bottom left eyelid started swelling and I don't know why or what to do?

So my bottom left eyelid was a little itchy today, and I scratched it once but then left it alone, then like an hour later, it started swelling and I have no idea why? Blood diseases + symptoms confusion?

Basically, my story it pretty confusing, but I'll try to be as succinct as I can. In January, I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia by my (then) family practitioner. I'd been having all the normal or typical symptoms (headaches, fainting, shakiness, pallor, coldness, and the like), and I took an 8-hour glucose test and my doctor confirmed with my mum and me that I was, in fact, hypoglycemic. He also noticed that my I had a low RBC count and that my red blood cells were small. About three months later, he referred us to a hematologist and the hematologist diagnosed me with Beta thalassemia minor. He also said that from the records of my blood tests and all that jazz that there was no indication I was hypoglycemic. We've then switched our family general practitioner, and she also has said that I am "not necessarily hypoglycemic". And by both our current doctor and the hematologist we've been told that thalassemias usually do not have any symptoms. I'm greatly confused about all of these circumstances, and why I'm having symptoms of a condition that apparently don't have with a condition that reportedly has no symptoms. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Assault at work by another worker?

I was assaulted physically at work by another worker , have witnesses put letter of complaint into management , was told worker got final warning on there record, however now find out another complaint about verb-all assault ongoing, feel let down by management as I still feel worried at work the worker may assault me again , has a history of aggressiveness in workplace. My question is if this worker is not sacked this time should I go to police and report assault although was 3 months ago , did not involve them at first because trusted employer, my assault consisted of worker putting hands round my neck and pushing me onto a table with such force it broke.please only answers from serious people that can help me and scottish law if it applies thank you.

Break up over religion?

Hey, I'm 17 years old and I'm an Independent Baptist. 2 months ago I began dating someone of the Catholic Faith. Due to the additional scriptures they use other than the Bible, as well and most importantly their beliefs of salvation it bothers me. I asked my gf to describe their way of salvation and shes always says "Justification, confessions and she also stated that her being baptized was them being saved. This is clearly wrong according to the Bible. All the things she describes were works which cannot get someone to heaven. "Not of works, lest any man should boast." Eph 2:9. I am very determined to reading and following my Bible. I am a saved "Born again" child of God and I feel that i'm out of his will while dating her. I have witnessed all I can but i'm not going to make her do something she isn't open to. I would like for her to know the truth but it's not likely. My question is, how should I go about breaking up with her in a way she'll understand? I mean I often think of my future and how my kids will be raised and how it affects everything. While in town today, I witnessed a tramp being beaten up, me and my friends ran over to him, the guy beating him had already ran away. When he took the tissue from me a smear of blood was left on my hand, without thinking about it, I licked another finger, rubbed at the blood, licked again and rubbed again. It was only after that I realized this man could have been a heroin user and I could contract HIV/Aids! I am not trying to be prejudice towards him or his situation but I am feeling very worried.
