How to make a Spinach Artichoke dip?

If you are worried about using egg mayo in this dip-I would not only worry about keeping it cold to not get sick-but just the fat, cholesterol, and calories alone is not healthy! I make my spinach and artichoke dip with a silken tofu-which can keep well without refridgeration-but not for days of course! There are many good vegan recipes online-check it out-you will be pleasantly surprised how good tofu mayonnaise is-and it is high in protein and calcium too!
