Can I drink medicine thats NOT refrigerated that says REFRIDERATE?

So I have this amoxillan that says to refrigerate. Im half done the bottle but tommorow i have a trip and I cant bring a little fridge or ice pack with me or any coldness , so i guess the medicine wont be refriderated . Is it safe to drink it then? Thanks
