Purple lips and left body numbness 26 yr old female?

I am very scared because in the last year I have been experiencing my lips to be constantly purple even when I am warm. I also have pulsating, coldness and numbness in primarily the left side of my body. I have seen my MD about this but she is always in a hurry and always brushes it off as something completely bazaar. I get constant numbness in my left foot and my shoulder has a spot on it that is permanently numb. I am a 26 year old female by the way. I recognize that all this is a serious matter and know it's probably Cardio related. Should I go directly to a Cardiologist? I have seen Cardiologist in the past but they always make me feel stupid being I am young and my ecco or EKG have always come back normal other than mitral valve prolapse. Thanks so much for any advice
