Abnormal sweating :))?

Its like this,most of the time inside of my palm and foot sweats.Sometimes i feel very coldness inside my palm nd not in any other part of my body.Its not numbness that i feel .It goes really cold but still my palm sweats.Even if the a/c is powered on it doesnt have any effect on it.Only inside my palm and feet :)) .Why is it like this ?
