What does this mean and is coldness a symptom of lung cancer?

My Mother is complaining of being very cold and feels very cold to the touch. She is 84 and feels very weak. I know the weakness is a symptom but what about her body feeling very cold? It was found yesterday that she has a mass on the upper left lung and she will going for a biopsy next week. What can you tell me about what we do now while we wait. Especially about her being and feeling very cold?
